I have everyone asking me for this recipe when I take this to family or friend get togethers – it’s a hit! I’ve even brought it to work to share with my colleagues and they couldn’t believe it was vegan, they were impressed. It’ll be talking to you from the fridge no doubt, with it’s sweet indulgent goodness.

– Raw Caramel Slice –

You’d never know this wasn’t vegan..that caramel – oh em gee.

– Dark Cacao Chia Pod –

Make a big bowl of this and you’ll have a healthy indulgent dessert on hand whenever you get a craving.

Ingredients for 1 serving (scale up as required) – 2 tbsp. chia seeds, 1/2c warm water, 1 cup almond milk, 1.5 tbsp. raw cacao, 1-2 tbsp. coconut sugar.

Mix all ingredients together, stirring occasionally whilst gel-like consistency forms. Can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days.
